The Latest

This year because of the on-going drought and the extra work involved Truvalle did not have a Show team.

Beginning this year, Cameron's wife, Trinity, is now one of the very busy veterinarians at the Nanango Veterinary Surgery.  This Surgery also provides an after hours service, and Cameron generally accompanies Trinity on those visits.

Country Life did not offer Beef Week for 2008 mainly because of the on-going drought.

Our participation in Beef Week 2006 and 2007 provided our many welcome visitors with a preview of the Sale Bulls, a look at the Sires we were using, a selection of Heifers, and some of our Breeders.

The display in the shed was colourful and informative, and displayed show ribbons won by the Stud, dating back to the 1970's.  The visitors enjoyed the refreshments provided, the opportunity to see and hear how we managed the cattle, and also to see how the Droughtmasters were surviving the drought in this area.
